Working principle
The working principle of the direct discharge screen is to achieve material screening based on the vibration effect generated by the vibrating motor. The vibration motor generates a directional excitation force through the high-speed rotation of the eccentric block inside, which is transmitted to the screen box. Under the action of the excitation force, the screen box vibrates at high frequency, causing the materials entering the screen box to move approximately in a straight line on the screen mesh. Due to the vibration of the screen, there is continuous relative motion and loosening between the material particles. Particles smaller than the size of the screen holes, under the combined action of gravity and vibration, pass through the screen to become under-screen materials and are discharged from the bottom of the screen box. Particles larger than the size of the screen holes move along the surface of the screen towards the discharge port and are eventually discharged as the material on the screen, thereby achieving the purpose of screening materials of different particle sizes. This working mode enables the direct discharge screen to complete the material screening process efficiently and quickly, and has high screening accuracy and processing capacity.
